These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text-message program operated by EAGLES Lending ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to these SMS Terms.

When you opt in, you may receive text messages from EAGLES Lending that include account status updates and security notifications about your account.

"EAGLES Lending: We noticed a change to your account. If this wasn't you, please contact us. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our sign-up form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of using our services.
Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity. You will only receive messages related to the categories described above.
Message and data rates may apply. Messages are sent through your wireless carrier and are subject to the terms of your mobile plan. EAGLES Lending does not charge for the messages themselves. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message that identifies EAGLES Lending and confirms that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further text messages, unless you opt in again. Sample opt-out confirmation: "EAGLES Lending: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no more messages. Reply HELP for help."
If you need help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at Support@EaglesLending.com. HELP replies will include our name and support contact information.
Message delivery is supported on major U.S. carriers, subject to carrier availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy matters to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
